Interested in training?
Beginners Aikido is the best starting point for this. Aikido requires an open mind and a
positive attitude, qualities that are encouraged here. Training improves flexibility, muscle tone,
endurance, and mental and physical awareness. Classes are conducted with a spirit of co-
operation and with the students ability always in mind. Beginners are assisted with the support
of the Senior Members as well as the Chief Instructor.
