Register and book Classes

Parent or adult legal Guardian for under 18 applications must complete the registration and waiver before they attend any classes. All information gathered is strictly confidential and will not be shared with anyone else.

1. I acknowledge that the training and events/seminars held by Aikido of London may expose them to many inherent risks, including accidents, injury or illness.

2. I acknowledge that the training may result in exposure to and contraction of COVID-19 or other communicable diseases.

3. I acknowledge when training in sessions or seminars, that I do not present an increased risk due to COVID-19 or other infectious diseases.

4. If I test positive or I am diagnosed with COVID-19, I will immediately notify Aikido of London at [email protected]

5. I will not hold you, your partners, instructors or employees responsible for any injuries suffered by me caused whole or in part by my failure to faithfully follow the instructions of you or your instructors or by any physical impairment of mine not fully disclosed to you in writing.

6. I agree to hold harmless, waive and release Ismail Hasan, Aikido of London, and their respective officers, agents, employees, organisers, instructors, teachers, representatives, and successors  from any responsibility, liabilities, demands, or claims of any kind arising out of their participation in the dojo/hall of practice.
